This vibrant, community-led arts initiative celebrates creativity and well-being, providing the perfect setting for a summer Shakespeare experience. Surrounded by trees, flowers, and birdsong, audiences can enjoy the Bard’s works in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.
Whether you're a seasoned Shakespeare fan or discovering his work for the first time, this unique event offers an accessible and uplifting way to engage with classical theatre. Bowler Crab have been touring to this venue since 2022 and are proud to say that a ticket percentage goes towards

All performances are outdoors.

The bowls green in Alexandra Park is where Art in The Park are based.

We will do our best to perform in most weather conditions but can exhange tickets if poor weather means you’d like to move dates.

Please bring your own lawn furniture.

Additional chairs will be available if you are unable to bring your own.

Bowler Crab provide a bar with hot drinks, soft drinks and homemade cakes.
